River of Life Walkway

The River of Life Walkway follows the meeting point of the Gombak and Klang rivers beside Masjid Jamek. This confluence gave Kuala Lumpur its name, and the upgraded riverside paths make it one of the easiest places to read the city's geography on foot.

Come while exploring the old centre around Merdeka Square, Chinatown, and Masjid India. The walkway is short, but the river junction, mosque views, and surrounding colonial-era streets make it a useful pause on a central Kuala Lumpur walk.
