Perched on Robson Hill near the junction of Jalan Syed Putra and Jalan Klang Lama, this six-tiered Chinese temple is one of the largest in Southeast Asia. Built by the Hainanese community and completed in 1989, it blends Buddhist, Taoist and Confucian elements under a cascade of red-and-gold curved roofs ornamented with dragons and phoenixes.
The upper decks offer sweeping views of the KL skyline, making it a popular spot around sunset. Inside you'll find a main prayer hall, a medicinal herb garden, a tortoise pond and a wishing well. The temple is especially lively during Chinese New Year and the Mid-Autumn Festival, when it's strung with hundreds of red lanterns. Admission is free.
