Alexander Garden runs along the western wall of the Kremlin, linking formal lawns, paths, memorials, and some of the best close-up views of the fortress walls. It is a natural pause between Red Square, the Manege, and the Kremlin museums, especially if you want a short walk rather than another interior visit.
