Church of St. Joseph

The Church of St. Joseph is a Roman Catholic basilica in Sarajevo's Marijin Dvor area, designed by Karel Parik in a Romanesque Revival style and consecrated in 1940. Its crypt contains the tomb of Archbishop Ivan Saric, and the church is listed as a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is a useful stop when exploring the Austro-Hungarian side of Sarajevo, close to the city's museums and 20th-century architecture. The interior is quieter than the old town churches, with restored stained glass and Stations of the Cross.
