Šeher-Čehajina Bridge is an Ottoman-era stone bridge over the Miljacka, built in 1585 or 1586. Floods damaged it several times over the centuries, but it was repaired and remains one of Sarajevo's historic river crossings.
The bridge is close to Baščaršija and the National Library, making it an easy addition to a walk through the old city. One original arch was partly buried after the riverbed was altered in the late 19th century.
