Babylon is a historic cinema in Mitte with a strong programme of arthouse films, retrospectives, and non-mainstream screenings. Its best trick is the working cinema organ, still used for silent-film events, which makes the place feel less like a normal movie theatre and more like a piece of Berlin film history that still has a pulse.
