Dilli Haat Pitampura is the newer north Delhi branch of the popular government-run crafts market concept, located in the Pitampura area near Rohini. Like its more famous INA counterpart, it rotates artisan stalls from different Indian states, selling regional handicrafts, fabrics, and traditional food. The north Delhi location makes it more convenient for visitors staying outside the centre of the city.
The Pitampura branch is less crowded than the INA market and has a more relaxed atmosphere, though the selection is somewhat smaller. A good food court serving regional Indian cuisines accompanies the crafts stalls. It is particularly convenient for visitors who have already seen the INA Dilli Haat and want to catch a different rotation of artisans.
