The Ghalib Museum, on the third floor of the Ghalib Academy in Nizamuddin, is devoted to Mirza Ghalib, the great Urdu and Persian poet of 19th-century Delhi. Displays cover his life, work, and the literary world around him.
The museum also includes an art gallery with works by Indian artists. It pairs naturally with the Nizamuddin dargah area, whose lanes and shrines help place Ghalib's Delhi in context.
