Kastrup Fort is one of Copenhagen's old coastal fortifications, now used as a public park on Amager. The moat, earthworks, walls, and a few surviving structures remain, and parts of the open catacombs can be explored.
It is most worthwhile when combined with Amager Strandpark, with good views over the sound and a small amount of wartime history still visible on site.
