Jinshanzui Fishing Village

Jinshanzui is often described as the last surviving coastal fishing village in Shanghai. It sits in Jinshan District, far from the city's central skyline, and has become a small heritage area with old lanes, local museums, and fishing-village exhibits.

The visitor centre is near the village committee office at 88 Tingwei South Road. Come for a slower, more local version of Shanghai, with seafood, working-harbour atmosphere, and a glimpse of the coast before it was absorbed into the modern municipality.
