Qingxi Old Street is a preserved traditional street in Fengxian District, south of central Shanghai. The lanes are lined with old-style houses, teahouses, and snack shops, giving a quieter look at local water-town architecture than the better-known historic areas closer to the centre.
It is not a headline Shanghai sight, but it rewards travellers already exploring Fengxian or looking for a slower suburban old-street walk.
