The Bialik House is the home of Hayim Nahman Bialik, the national poet of Israel, who lived here from 1925 until his death in 1934. The building is a restored eclectic-style villa on Bialik Square in the centre of the White City, preserved with its original furniture and the poet's library.
The square itself is a cluster of three small museums — the Bialik House, the adjacent Reuven Rubin House (the studio and home of the painter Reuven Rubin), and the small Tel Aviv History Museum in the old City Hall. A combined visit takes a comfortable morning.
