Jaffa Clock Tower

The Jaffa Clock Tower is the standard meeting point at the entrance to old Jaffa, a square stone tower built in 1903 by the Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid II as one of about a hundred similar towers across the empire. Limestone walls, four small clock faces, and a green metal cupola.

The small Kedumim Square just behind the tower is the heart of the modern Old Jaffa visit, with the Mahmoudiya Mosque on one side and the entrance to the old quarter on the other.
