Seiryō-ji is a temple in the Sagano area of Arashiyama, linked in local tradition to Minamoto no Tōru, one of the figures associated with the model for Genji in The Tale of Genji. It is a quieter stop to pair with Arashiyama's busier temples, bamboo paths, and riverfront.
